Modern, Peaceful Home in Rio Rancho

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)

A few things to note before booking: * This property is not suitable for pets or children under 12. * You may experience some noise from upstairs, typical of a 2 story historic building.

The Hideaway is close to Old Town, Rio Grande Nature Center, Rio Grande river, Bosque bike and walking trails, and Open Space. You’ll love the Casita because of the neighborhood, it’s seclusion, the size, the quiet, the coziness. The Hideaway is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Our old dog Hopi will greet you! Pets are limited to 3, with a $20.00 fee. If you plan on leaving your pet unattended for a long time please, advise us.

Our beautiful southwest home includes a queen-sized bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Attached to the living room is a dinning room seating 4. Additionally, we offer everything you'll need to enjoy a relaxing home away from home with a walking meditation garden, two patios for dinning, an outdoor wooden swing to relax with a morning cup of tea, a fire pit for s’mores to enjoy the gorgeous Albuquerque nights. We are near the river, trails, parks, and markets.

Fully equipped kitchen with professional gas stove. Gas fire pit, lounge chairs and porch swing available in the inviting backyard.

Secluded warm 3br home in the north valley, bamboo floors, patio with view of Sandia Mountains, memory foam beds, washer and dryer, walk to Flying Star Bakery and Cafe, Historic Old Town 3mi away. 16 foot high viewing deck gives you a view of the valley and sunrises and sunsets. You can see balloons flying almost every morning from the deck or back patio. For an added fee a swimming pool and hot tub is available. Garage will be unavailable until September 2025.

Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.
