Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. The Lily Pad is located on a 34 acre homestead/farm. This sweet tiny home faces a quaint pond (seasonally the pond is shallow and less visible) with beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding it. The well lit space is perfect for almost any occasion. A quick getaway, a peaceful space to practice your art form, or a lovely place to unwind and recharge.
