Outdoor pool for adults/kids and tennis court in community. 5min walk to supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the beach. We also provide 4 bikes for you to go along cycle path to Grado in just few minutes where you can find historical buildings, excellent local seafood cuisine and art treasure hidden in streets.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
