Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Bus stops 1 minute away, minutes from the center of town by bus. Great restaurants and lots of shopping. Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Om du älskar att vara nära naturen, är detta rätt ställe för dig! Förutom att huset är nära vattnet med en badstrand 60m bort så gränsar fastigheten till skogen och naturreservatet Ormberget-Hertsölandet. Det finns stigar som går flera kilometer! På vintern fryser havet och du kan åka skidor ut och runda dom närliggande öarna eller gå på tur med snöskor i skogen på dom frysta myrarna. Vedeldad kamin finns i huset Närheten till staden gör att man lätt kan ta del av stadsutbudet via bil, 14 km

Welcome to our newly built house in Dalbo, Luleå, a family-friendly area close to nature and only 12 minutes from Luleå city. The house has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. Living room, lounge, fireplace, two bathrooms, sauna, inside jacuzzi, washing machine and dryer. Desk and computer monitor. Behind the house is a playground, and only 5 minutes away is Ormberget, with great cross-country skiing trails and a small slope for downhill skiing.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions regarding extra beds and more, you are welcome to contact us.

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Välkommen till vår mysiga Farfarsstuga som ligger på vackra Hållgården i natursköna Hemmingsmark, cirka två mil från Piteå C. Här kan man koppla av i klassisk miljö på vår norrbottensgård, säga hej till våra två hästar och besöka närbelägna sjöar och skog, och läsa. På gården finns grillplats och ytor för barn att leka. Husdjur är välkomna och på gården finns tre hundar.
