Spacious with a cozy living room, dinning room, one bedroom with king size bed, and a relaxing sunroom. Sofa bed. One full bathroom with linens and towels provided. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and gas fireplace, fire-pit, laundry and a full kitchen set up. Pets must be approved before booking.

Great get away for two in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. Close to town, waterfalls, hiking and scenic views. Located in Franklin, NC and about an hours drive to Asheville, Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Bryson City and Clayton, GA! This unit is one of two available spaces attached to our home with private entrance, bed and bathroom. Easy access off state maintained paved road without sacrificing beautiful mountain views! No stairs to deal with!

Waynesville is alive and well after the devastating floods that hit our area on September 27 last year. Our property survived with just a little damage to the grounds, and Main Street along with all of its shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. are open and welcoming visitors as always. You will see debris on the curbs all around town but the cleanup is happening and things are looking better every day!
