Stone Mountain Guest House- 5 bedrooms- 2 Floors

This historic Second Empire-style house, built in 1877, has been beautifully modernized while retaining its classic charm. Located in the foothills of the White Mountains, it is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Burnt Meadow Mountains. The second-floor apartment offers all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Located just a few miles from the Stone Mountain Arts Center and only one mile from the AMC hiking trail, making it the perfect home base for outdoor adventures.

Brenda and Phil's Place

Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

Our historic home, built in 1810, is on Main Street in the heart of Yarmouth village. You will find that our accommodations will give you more of a traditional Bed & Breakfast feel, as we include a freshly-made full breakfast daily, made to order. The two bedrooms with connected "Jack & Jill" bathroom are located on the second floor. You'll have a separate entrance to give you plenty of privacy. We are walking distance to restaurants and are a convenient 5-minute drive from the highway.

My sister and i will welcome you to our guest cottage on a quiet lake in Belgrade. We are including a dropped off gourmet breakfast-you pick the time, between 7:30 and 9:00. We include waterfront access as well as use of a kayak. We are located on a beautiful lake in the middle of the woods. Peaceful and absolulely quiet. We will practice extreme sanitation as well as social distancing. One well behaved dog is welcome as long as they are not left alone in the cottage- dog bed supplied.

Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

The Cottage at the McCobb House

Freshly renovated inside and out, the cottage is your private Maine camp. Located on an acre and a half of wooded grounds, and surrounded by forest, the cottage feels secluded, but it’s only a mile to the restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions of bustling Boothbay Harbor. With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We also offer Free Coffee, Tea, Muffins, Cinnamon Rolls and 10% off our Menu Prices during your stay at our restaurant. The apartment has a kitchenette but does not have a oven but 1 is available

Stylish Private Guest Suite

Our newly built guest suite is a private studio apartment attached to our main home situated above our garage. It has a king bed, small sitting area, thoughtful kitchenette, private balcony deck, A/C, and full private bath. We've had our share of diverse travel experiences so...we satisfied our own tastes by creating a space we would want to stay in...a very comfortable bed, bright and soothing scandi-style decor, a heated bathroom floor, rainshower, and private deck.
