The stunning coastline is only about a 30-minute car ride away and many other attractions are within an hour. Relax on the breezeway, porch, or by the open fire pit. 🐝

Charming Robin’s Nest, Vintage trailer extended Topanga style to little house, lovely fenced yard with bbq, shade and lounge seating. incredible views of Santa Monica mountains, on 4 acres, walking distance to Topanga State Park. Boogies boards, beach towels for short drive to Topanga Beach. Unwind, take in the views, secluded, perfect to explore Topanga's secret swimming holes, spring fed creek, hiking/biking trails. Books, board games, puzzles etc. when our hens are laying some fresh eggs.

Location Location Location. This oceanfront property overlooks the iconic Malibu Colony beach, incredible views, large private patio, and walking distance to shopping/fine dining. Private chef experience available upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, surfboards and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

The tree-shaded bedroom has cork floors for quiet comfort and a sliding wood panel door. The bathroom has a shower with floor to ceiling frosted windows, and there is a private rear deck. Welcome to the historic Markham Estate Manor, built in 1897 and located in the heart of Pasadena. Nestled just off Orange Grove Boulevard —famously known as Millionaire’s Row and along the iconic Rose Parade route—our property is central to Old Town Pasadena, the Huntington Library, the Gamble House, and offers convenient access to Southern California attractions. The property includes the Main House, where I reside, and a charming, stand-alone cottage for guests.
