Our Retreat -in a country setting.

Private- apartment in the lower level of our house. House in a rural setting- you may spot white tail deer or other wildlife.Enjoy the peaceful tranquil setting.We are within 5 minutes by car to Rte 70 and shopping centers. Our space isn't childproof. Workout equipment available for use at your own risk. We control the HVAC and will adjust as requested. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the walk to the entrance. Non smoking. We aren't set up for heavy cooking. No stove.

Have fun and relax at this stylish oasis! Packed w/ amenities. Huge Pool w/multiple cabanas, HOT TUB, trampoline, playground, axe throwing, pool/ice hockey table, arcade,huge theater room and outdoor projector too, basketball court, grill, spa/library with sauna and full gym!! 5 comfy beds. Rooms split for privacy. Open kitchen/dining/living room. Cold DeerPark water fountain. Basement apt so there is some movement noise. Updated bath and an outdoor shower. 20 mins from Downtown DC & 6Flags.

“The Loft” Guest House w/wifi workspace, gym etc

This unique two story guest house has a style all its own. The Loft has one bedroom upstairs along with a great workspace with excellent WIFI, full size bathroom and closet and a small kitchenette including microwave, fridge, air fryer and Keurig. Room darkening curtains, AC, TV w/Roku, full bath/shower unit, pullout sofa and queen size bed all in a very large and open floor plan! The first floor is set up as a gym/workout room. Ample and easy parking. Use of the outdoor patio area. Adults only.

Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!
