Welcome to our gorgeous country home nestled in rolling, forested hills. Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Charming traditional house, shared luxury pool

A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views, the sound of the village bells drift across the valley. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk.

Cosy and quaint with lots of charm, Menabilly cottage is the perfect escape for two with everything you need to unwind and switch off. The light open plan living area has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. Whether it’s reading a book in one of the relaxing armchairs whilst enjoying the fire in the colder evenings, or enjoying a coffee on the private patio in the sun; the sunsets and stars are incredible. Character stone property with 3 bedrooms situated in a secluded rural hamlet in Pezuls, Black Perigord only 5km from the Dordogne river, in between Sarlat, Perigueux and Bergerac with easy access to all the Dordogne has to offer. It comes with a private heated pool , large terrace, extensive grounds over 2 acres (partly wooded) for guests to use and gated entrance . All bedrooms have en suite facilities, and there are two spacious living rooms and well equipped kitchen.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre gîte au cœur de la forêt. Vous pourrez profitez d'un séjour au calme dans cette maison en pierre, authentique et avec de belles prestations. Ce gîte de 90 m2 est situé au-dessus de notre maison, sans vis-à-vis, avec accès indépendant. Entre Bergerac et Sarlat, vous pourrez également profitez des atouts touristiques de cette magnifique région. Peut-être croiserez-vous chevreuils, écureuils ou encore salamandres au gré de vos promenades.

This lovely gite is above all very calm and comfortable with a boutique feel. Your gite overlooks the valley with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.

Le logement est proche de restaurants, d’activités adaptées aux familles, de la vie nocturne, de la rivière et principalement des sites touristiques importants dans la région.

Le Gîte de Malivert est situé dans le village de Paunat, aux confluences de la Dordogne et Vézère Le gîte de 147m2 est une longère fraichement rénovée avec sobriété il se compose d'un grand salon de 57m2, une cuisine équipée, 3 chambres situées à l 'étage, 2 salles de bains Dans le jardin, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine privée et d un coin repas avec barbecue Le gîte de Malivert sont idéalement placés entre Périgueux, Bergerac et Sarlat

Welcome to L'Ours et Son Petit Oiseau (The Bear and his Little Bird), set in 5 acres with views over a wild valley, run with deer and wildlife. You could choose to sit, unwind, cool off in the crystal clear pool, relax in a hammock, soak in the wood-fired hot tub or get to know the many animals who also call this place home. Cicadas and birds sing to the setting sun, and there's not a human soul for miles...

Beautiful gîte with private pool

Le Petit Abri is a short stroll from the centre of Tremolat, a pretty village with lovely restaurants. Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite. During July & August we normally accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for availability.
