Enjoy cooking outdoors with the BBQ grill, or make use of the full indoor kitchen. Create memories with the family while roasting s'mores around the gas fire pit and snuggling up with one of the board games provided. Snowmobilers can access the trail a couple miles away by road or by trailering to the Mayville Town Park.

Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. Nearby things to do include hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, fishing, golf, museums, and all kinds of shopping. Cleanliness has always been one of our top priorities. Due to COVID-19, our cleaning service has initiated an enhanced cleaning routine and are taking extra care to disinfect our home.
