It is in an ethnically and economically diverse neighborhood, the oldest in Waco! We welcome you to share a room in our home, a century-old house with a comfy bed and conversational atmosphere. Children are welcome, too! We have an extra bedroom to rent if needed. Bedrooms are upstairs and guests have private bathroom downstairs.

Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
