My place is close to the Charlotte airport and Carowinds. It is only a short drive to downtown Charlotte and the Carolina Panthers stadium. It has a great sunset view over Lake Wylie. It is very private and quite, but has nearby amenities like restaurants, shopping and fun recreation. great views. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the proximity to Charlotte and the wonderful wide lake view. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Large dock, bring your boat, there is space to park your boat trailer. Swim, fish, kayak, make smore's in the fire-pit.

Great sunroom with amazing views, a fire pit, hot tub, deck with lots of seating and amazing views and a dock with swim deck / ladder with seating and views and a tv. We also have 2 additional spots for boats to tie up at our dock so you can bring your own boat or rent one.
