Victorian gardener's lodge set in Kent countryside

This Victorian gardener's lodge house has recently been refurbished to create an idyllic country escape. Situated just out of town, this pretty country cottage is set within one corner of the main house's walled kitchen garden. Cosy up with a book in front of the log burner, or enjoy a morning coffee in the small cottage garden at the front, with views across arable fields & woodland. Relax with a glass or two on the stone paved terrace at the back of the cottage, the best place for a sundowner.

Wisteria Cottage is a beautiful four bedroom, listed building, set in an idyllic historic village. Perfect setting for family holiday or for people who enjoy the countryside and glorious walks. Bluewater is close by. Wisteria cottage is great for those wanting a getaway that offers nearby vibrant city as well as beautiful countryside. We have recently modernised the cottage, it’s a brilliant space! We have put a climbing frame in the garden for hours of fun for the little ones. Relax and enjoy.

Spacious barn with pool ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

Small but beautifully created detached one bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room/study, dining room and shower room/bathroom. Close to places of interest, train station, bus routes and M2 / M20 motorways . Superfast Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, hob, coffee/hot water machines and many extras. Double bed with Simba memory foam mattress , Chesterfield sofa Off-road parking and full access to large garden area. A secure bicycle store also available.

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Bull Lodge is newly converted, but comes with lots of history. On the site of the village's Manor Farmhouse, this was where the bull was housed for the once busy dairy farm. Now it is tucked away in a quiet corner amongst newly converted barns and behind the original farmhouse.
