Private deck offers a sweeping ocean view, ideal for sunrise or sunset sipping your favorite beverage in the hot tub, or stargazing free from lights. Located on the ridge above Highway 1, Ocean Suite faces the Southern sky & is often sunny, warm, & wind-free compared to surrounding areas.

Lakeview Cottage B (No cleaning fee)

Beautiful New Deck with 10’x10’ Gazebo! Spectacular views of Mount Konocti and Clearlake, the largest freshwater lake in California. Pet friendly Cottage (B) $15 pet cleaning fee paid in lock box. Watch out for killer hummingbirds , rangale of deer, speed-demon Quail, wild Turkeys. LOL IMPORTANT for Locals: message me the reason for your stay. Lots of problems with locals. (Parties, etc) 99% of guests are stopovers or vacation getaways. I Reserve the right to cancel questionable bookings.

Descend from our beautiful home along a gently sloping, short trail leading directly onto the Van Damme State Park beach. Beach Trail Cottage offers a deep front porch, decorative shingles, and high-pitched roof angles that seamlessly blends the old with the new for an unpretentious yet elegant, inviting space.

Has 2 fenced patios- one is ocean view, and the back deck has private jacuzzi . Comfortable beds,cozy robes. Wi-Fi, Keurig, French press coffee. Additional $25 Ev charging. $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. We have a price list for ballons, gift baskets etc. Attached to a guest home by 5 feet but private entrance.
