Tv with cable, wifi, kitchen is equipped with all utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Iron, hair dryer, etc. Bright and very clean property. Safe and quiet, perfect for families.

Modern Design District Wynwood TH w/Heated Pool

Come enjoy this stylish centrally-located 3BR/2.5BA Townhouse with amazing pool in the heart of Miami. Located just a short walk away from the Design District, Wynwood and Midtown Miami. Pool heater is available however to run there is a daily rate of $25. The fee must be paid prior to turning it on. Normal pool temperature is range between 83°F and 85°F. In Miami, normal temperatures are reached by the end of March, early April at which point we do not run the heater.
