The Roads is an incredible neighborhood in the limits of Brickell, filled with sidewalks, roundabouts, wide tree lined streets surrounded by tropical native Miami plants.

For starters; this place is for the Hippie, relaxed, bohemian type. We fumigate after every stay so if you see a dead bug its because of that; I try my best but the building is old, please understand. THIS IS MY HOME AND I'M RENTING IT OUT. This is NOT A HOTEL. 420 Friendly, but NO CIGARETTES, BLACK & MILDS OR CIGARS SMOKED INSIDE.

At same time require to go from shore with a dinghy .we provide the service. We include 1 roundtrip per day then it's $7 per trip . Regular hours it's from 730 am till midnight. We have some exceptions for after hours with previous arrangements and during the ultra festival till 3am.And till 1:30 during art Basel .

A one-of-a-kind experience for those who want to enjoy Miami from a different perspective. Can accommodate up to two people, includes a basic toilet and freshwater. The boat is anchored in Biscayne Bay, which allows you to view the Miami skyline from a distance. You'll be in the famous Coconut Grove area. I will be taking you from the dinghy dock to the boat. Two kayaks are included for guests.

Enjoy a peaceful stay aboard a beautiful 40' yacht. We are located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale on the north fork of the New River in the calm and interesting historic area of Sailboat Bend. The boat is moored on our private dock which leads to the backyard of the house where we live and have Airbnb guests. You are welcome to use entire boat with maximum of two in your party.
