Located on highly desirable Beech Hill Pond in Otis Maine. 45 minutes to Bangor,Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. This unit is a separate guest suite in the basement of my home. You have a private entrance with parking right near the entrance. Kitchenette has microwave, full sink, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and ample counter space/cabinets, and gas grill (NO STOVE). Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak launch at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!
