Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

A very special beach cottage in the country

Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.

Kayaks and Glimpses of Westport Bay

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Block to waterfront, town, RWU, drive to Newport

Just a block to Bristol waterfront & July 4th parade route! Great dining, shops & historic scenic harbor in walking distance. RWU is 1 mile. Near Walley Beach, Herreshoff, Blithewold, Mt Hope Farm, Colt State Park, East Bay Bike Path. Foodies will also love nearby Warren. Drive to Tiverton Casino / Fall River (10 min). Historic coastal cottage in the harbor town of Bristol, RI. Originally a carpenter's shop, moved to its current location in 1865. Half a block from harbor, parade route, short walk to all downtown shops, restaurants and museums. Minutes from Colt State Park, East Bay bike path, and Roger Williams University. Bristol is located between Newport and Providence (each about 25 minutes by car) making both places easy to visit! Parking available.

Wash Pond Cottage

Cozy and rustic cottage tucked away on top of a hill with an open floor plan, a large deck, and pond access with a private dock. Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and nature reserves, the cottage offers a safe and peaceful sanctuary with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, fast internet, a fully stocked kitchen, and a propane heater for chilly nights (but no central heating).
