Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and immediate access to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making Autumn and winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

Chill Cottage is hidden away in the quintessential English village of Lodsworth in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Our guest suite ( Chill Studio) has its own entrance within the adjacent annex . Its sparkling clean & only a short walk from the forest & award winning village store & two pubs. Perfectly located so you can unwind & relax in this area of outstanding national beauty & enjoy activities at neighbouring Arundel, Cowdray or Goodwood. Parking is 50 yds from the house.

The Lodge is a stunning hidden gem, a unique property tucked behind the shops on Midhurst's main street, which itself lies at the heart of the South Downs National Park. The area offers something for everyone, whether exploring the walking/cycling trails of the area, going to a horse or motor racing event at Goodwood nearby, visiting Petworth's antique shops, the sandy beach at West Wittering, or exploring Midhurst's history and its fantastic local shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!
