This unit is attached to a larger home (available for rent). However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by renting this space or the entire house. This allows you the option of staying in a fully furnished home at a reasonable rate whether your group is large or small.

We do live in the home, but when guests rent we spend the time at our cabin, so you would have the house to yourselves.
