A private villa situated at the beach of Melitsahas with a magnificent view of the island of Telendos and the ocean. The house consists of 2 floors. The ground floor has 1 bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom and a bathroom. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, an office area, a spacious living/dining room and a large veranda. Extra beds (3) can be provided upon request. Nearby you can enjoy the climbing sites, boat trips, diving, hiking, local cuisine and much more.

The apartment has it's own parking only for motorbikes and within 20 steps you find yourselves in a spacious terrace overlooking the island of Telendos. 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a "Krevato" , a traditional Kalymnian wooden lifted double bed, and a sofa sleeps up to 5 people, ideal for families or friend reunions. There is also a water-tank that supplies all studios with fresh rainwater, hot throughout the day.
