Private Waterfront Relaxation at Peppermint Cove!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Come enjoy our beautiful 200-acre national park-esque ranch fringed in gorgeous limestone boulders surrounding a spring-fed 15-acre private lake with outdoor living area and sand beach. Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are only 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

Bring yourself, food & personal items, we'll take care of the rest: waterproof hanging tents, firewood, sleeping bags, pillows, sheets, towels, toiletries, coffee, pots&pans, utensils, chairs, table, games, s'mores, private AC bath with hot shower. Cheap accommodation hunters please look elsewhere, we aren't a good fit for you.

Ranch Hand Glamper, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Barbecue

Enjoy glamping on a working cattle ranch. The camper has water, sewer, electric, and WiFi. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and hammock. We also have corn hole and other games. The small cozy Glamper is located on our cattle ranch which is about 15 minutes south of Salem. We also have the Rancher Glamper on our farm if you are traveling with another couple. We are 20 minutes from Montauk State Park, 20 minutes from Echo Bluff State Park, and the beautiful Current River.

Glamping site with access to the Finley River. Primitive camping at its finest. 5 minute walk to River. Centrally located with Branson 20 miles south, and Bass Pro 20 miles north. - no electricity, with solar lights - full-size bed - fire pit & grill - outhouse - picnic table - Igloo cooler of fresh water - metal roof - extra tents $35 per tent Pets are welcome, but must NOT be allowed on the bedding or rug. If dog hair is left on the bedding, there is a $30 charge.

Forest Garden Yurts

Glamping at its finest! Forest Garden Yurts are wooden yurts designed and built by Bill Coperthwaite in the 1970s for Tom Hess and Lory Brown as home and pottery studio. Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Camper has all amenities, outdoor picnic space, fire pit and grill. Swimming pond and nature trails are on the property. This Camper comfortably sleeps 5 with one double one super twin and one twin bed. Double bed can be closed off for privacy. Water service will be turned off thru the winter months and be restored in late March. there is an outhouse nearby outside. winter pricing reflects this inconvenience.
