This fully furnished apartment is right on the lake and includes everything from linens to dinnerware! The accommodations are rustic, dating back to the 60's, but with newer appliances, flooring and so much more! Outside we have gas and charcoal bbq grills, a central fire pit, horseshoes and cornhole! Bright & minimal, Studio 2 is as functional as it is fanciful. Neutral tones are supported with doses of sunshine, creating a cozy environment throughout the day. This room offers the perfect escape for daydreaming and zzz-ing. All 8 guest rooms have private bedrooms & bathrooms. Heads up: our lobby bar is open most Wed–Sat, with quiet hours starting at 1 AM. Not ideal for light sleepers! There’s no TV, and our linens lean crisp over cushy, thanks to the commercial sanitizing service we use.

We pride ourselves in exquisite cleanliness and delicious home cooked country breakfasts. "Jaxie Brown B&B" offers a secluded spot for relaxation in the midst of small town activity. In the heart of downtown, 307 S. Jefferson was built over 100 years ago as the Jefferson Hotel. This is the second floor rooms overlooking the street. There is one bedroom, a kitchen, living room with a TV and Steinway piano. All types of eating and drinking establishments and theaters are close within walking distance. It has it's own personal WiFi. Note: It is a 100 year old building with concrete floors, a rusty sink, a claw-foot tub and old wooden doors. NOT A HAMPTON INN!

He housed circus animals in huge barns in Lancaster during winter. The apartment is above a small cafe.
