Welcome to our secluded, hillside oasis! Situated outside of town in a peaceful neighborhood, the Aerie Loft offers a hotel-style studio engulfed in absolutely stunning panoramic views. It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Desert Gardens Unit#1 is a quaint cottage featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living space with tasteful new furnishings and decor. The bed configuration is as follows: Bedroom #1- 1 King, Bedroom #2- 2 Twins. The city park and recreation swim center is just one block away! This is a quiet yet downtown location, with a large fenced in yard, BBQ grills, and a hot tub! Pet friendly for one pet, not allowed on furniture or to be left in the unit unattended.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
