The city park and recreation swim center is just one block away! This is a quiet yet downtown location, with a large fenced in yard, BBQ grills, and a hot tub! ( 3 units share the property)

Four bedrooms within the home will sleep 8 comfortably. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are a short drive from the home and downtown Moab is minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and outdoor outfitters.

Located minutes south of downtown Moab, E Rock's Casita is a single family, private home that offers 3 bedrooms and recently updated 2 bathrooms. The Casita has a vaulted ceiling with an open concept living/dining/and kitchen area, a large dining table that comfortably sits 8, couches to hang on, TV and sound system, and ample outdoor seating on our patio. Guests also have access to the community pool and hot tub. Overflow parking for trailers is across the street. Well behaved dogs ok!

The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Property on 145 acres and mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife.
