Welcome to our brand new charming home that is located in the center of Kingman! With our central location right off of Interstate 40, you will be able to visit all of our local attractions. And even if you’re just passing through, our cute place will keep you feeling cozy and at home with all of our amenities. If you need a quick bite to eat, we are .3 miles away from In-N-Out Burger. If your looking to have a nice glass of wine and local music, we are 3.5 miles away from local bars downtown.

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Shangri-La Riversuites is located right on the Colorado River and 4 miles to Laughlin. River Haven is a newly renovated unit with updated finishes to ensure a comfortable stay. This unit has all hard surface flooring and is not pet friendly for those with sensitivities. The Colorado River is just steps away, as is our private beach for relaxing along the river. River Haven is very clean, comfortable and will provide a great space to explore the area or should you be working remotely.

Barista's Suite is a trendy, coffee themed apartment located between Zion National Park, Bryce, and Grand Canyon. In our apartment you will have amazing views of our own red rock cliffs while relaxing from your private hot tub. Inside our Barista's Suite you will have private access to your very own Coffee Shop. Try your hand at brewing coffee with many different brewing methods. In the coffee bar you will be able to buy a Barista's Suite pottery mug made locally and each one unique!

Relax at our cozy desert gem! Centrally located gives you the ability to travel right up the street to many of our town’s luxuries; shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, and more! KRMC hospital is within walking distance for any needs. Arizona is home to some of the most gorgeous sunsets you can find. Take a seat and enjoy the view at the picnic tables, maybe even whip something up on the grill, right outside your door. Our town right on Route 66 is ready and waiting for you!

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

Casa Esperanza- elegant living

This is a lovely little apartment with a private patio and parking. It is located just blocks from the highway for easy access to many local parks and attractions while still being quiet and homey. The private patio is set up to enjoy the changing light on the beautiful mountains of the area and the soft starlit nights of the high desert. A full kitchen, jetted tub, and washer/ dryer are included. Comfortable and elegant while still cozy.
