Otsego Lakefront Lodge Suite 4 is a spacious suite with kitchen, sunporch and sliding doors to a private deck, and full bath. Suite 4 sleeps 2 guests with one queen bed. Gorgeous lake views from your sunporch and deck! Meander to the stairs alongside the building to access the large lawn area, and lakefront/dock space. *We are an rental agency working on behalf of the homeowners, as such there are additional requirements such as a rental agreement and a credit card hold for a damage deposit.

This newly renovated space is conveniently located 20 minutes from Syracuse, 25 minutes from Turning Stone Casino and 3 minutes from YBR Casino. A good central location for the Syracuse area. Many outdoor activities await you just minutes away at Green Lakes State Park and The Erie Canal. Come enjoy a calm and peaceful stay at this private and quiet location!

Private Entry-1 block to campus+downtown, Clean!

With an excellent location on Broad St. in Hamilton Village, the space is just a block walk to campus or downtown. There is a private entrance to the ensuite on the 1st floor (keyless entry code). It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

Cooperstown Modern Studio

A spacious, modern studio with a full kitchen, dining area, WiFi, BBQ, washer/dryer and TV. This is the ground level unit of a two unit property. Located minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball camp, Otesaga Hotel, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Ommegang Brewery by car. Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta are 25 min. June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.

Apartment has private entrance, kitchenette that includes microwave, hot plate (no stove). Complimentary wi-fi and Roku with access to Hulu and Netflix, bath towels for four guests, and toiletries.

Stroll down the sidewalk to quaint village shops, Cazenovia Lake, parks, plus fine dining & "farm to table" restaurants.

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.
