Al piano superiore troviamo due camere matrimoniali, una camera singola e un bagno con doccia. La villa si trova a 5 minuti dalla rinomata spiaggia di Mondello e 10km dal centro di Palermo.

Enjoy a blissful stay in this unique villa just few minutes walk from Mondello beach and all the best local amenities. The house consists of two floors. Two big bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, an outside patio and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a baby cot and a desk. There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.

The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.
