Walkers Rest at The Hayloft - The Brecon Beacons

Nestled in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, this recent addition to an (ex) 1800s pub is a cosy yet spacious self catering space. Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

The Barn - private 3 bed, garden, and firepit.

The Barn, is part of our grade II listed welsh farm house. Set in 8 acres of lush fields (the Barn has 1/2 an acre of private garden with beautiful views of the welsh mountains and the Skirrid). It has been beautifully restored with loads of original features, given a new lease of life and a sense of fun. We don’t mind noise, we want people to have fun, it’s perfect for families and night owls alike. And we are dog friendly and child friendly. Perfectly set up for both to have a great time!

Situated on a working hill farm, Two local pubs within possible walking distance, escape the grind and explore Wales. : ) Please note; no bath, wardrobe. Wi-Fi available, but no terrestrial tv signal

Cosy all seasons Shepherd's Hut on 3 Castles Walk

Relax with the sounds of birds and nature in this unique place. Our purpose-built super cosy Shepherd's Hut is directly on the Three Castles Walk, tucked away in a private corner of the field next to our own Eco home. Outside, there's a gazebo with table and chairs and a smoker barbeque. You can lie in bed watching the sheep and cattle in the distance or you can relax with a movie on the large screen. It's the most peaceful location we have ever lived in, and we'd love you to experience it.

A spacious one bedroom private annex room, en-suite shower and beautiful private patio area. Enjoy a relaxing drink by the pond & firepit after a day out. Walking distance to Monmouth town centre, with all local amenities, and the Royal Oak pub a 5 minute walk away. King size bed, in addition option to sleep up to 2 additional people on sofa bed & fold out bed. Mini fridge, kettle, toaster, private entrance to front of property, parking to side. Shepherd’s Hut Wye Valley, Penallt Monmouthshire

Enjoy a beautifully cosy and comfortable stay in the fabulously scenic Wye Valley. It is a perfect spot for walking and exploring the Brecon Beacons - or for relaxing in a beautiful part of the countryside.

Just a stroll away from our friendly, foodie village pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. It’s a special place, nestled in its own little corner of my garden, with an emphasis on luxury and lovely things. Transformed from my everyday potting shed, it’s now a spacious, warm and welcoming hideaway for two which I’m very proud of.
