Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

A beautifully secluded area (40+ acres) surrounded by natural beauty with lovely views of Elkhorn Slough and the Pacific Ocean, away from the maddening crowd. Yet, accessible to Carmel / Pebble Beach / Santa Cruz. A variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, bicycling, kayaking, golfing and whale watching. A full breakfast is served daily. It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

There is no accessibility between the main house and the suite. We are located in a country setting, but just minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea or Monterey. The home is in a very quiet, peaceful, rural setting. Enjoy the fresh air, and the sunlight through the beautiful oaks.

Walk through the quiet streets and visit the local shops and restaurants of Crossroads Center and the Barnyard in just a few minutes. Or get out and explore the local beaches and hikes of the area. This spot is perfect for a beach getaway, or work from home hub for a solo explorer, couple, or a small family in beautiful Carmel.

Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!
