Beautiful, 170 feet of waterfront Carriage House with a lovely sandy beach for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

Every inch of this beautiful space has been thoughtfully furnished ensuring a truly memorable experience inside and out!

Our cottage is featured i n Terry John Woods "Summer House" as a quintessential cottage of Maine. Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

Located just 1.5 hours from Boston, Ogunquit is a quaint coastal town offering restaurants, shopping, wild-life & hiking at Mt Agamanticus and, best of all, the beach! Our little home is tucked away on a 1/2 acre of wooded land just down the way from a frog pond, but still within walking distance to town and the beach. Perfect for a family vacation, romantic weekend getaway, reunion amongst friends or even solo trip!

Portsmouth Waterfront Cottage

Our waterfront cottage is a unique property offering style, tranquility, and walking access to Portsmouth’s Market Square. The theme is a blend of New England charm and Scandinavian modern. We offer an amazing view, two decks, a modern kitchen, laundry, and free parking for one vehicle. This premium property sleeps four, counting children. It offers a quiet romantic escape for the discerning traveler, and yet is just a ten minute walk to Market Square.

A lovely lake-front cottage with a private beach on quaint Sunrise Lake! The house has a great view overlooking the water. Enjoy a beautiful morning view of the sun rising onto the lake with a cup of coffee or tea, grilling a tasty dinner on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit for dessert. We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.
