You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full stand-up shower. The 43" smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows easy. While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. Western-Style apartment with off-street parking

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Nine foot ceilings, 5 & 6 foot high windows, original doors and trim and more. 1 mile or less to downtown Rapid City, restaurants, shopping, The Monument Civic Center, 11 mile paved bike path on the Rapid Creek, Hanson-Larson park with 20 miles of hiking / mountain biking trails, playgrounds, parks and so more. The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to four people. It has one bedroom with a king size bed and a daybed/trundle with two twin mattresses in the common area. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, an apartment size refrigerator, a microwave, a regular coffee pot, and provided dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area and the gas grill outside.
