Comfy queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea, dinette, tv area and IKEA queen sofa/bed. Beautiful patio with fire pit, several nice seating areas. For 2+ nights stay, enjoy a complimentary glass of Napa Cab on arrival and take advantage of special arrangements at our partner wineries! Enter exact number of guests for pricing, $60 per person nightly after 2. No children, no pets.

Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

Modern Family Farm

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

This 1-bedroom, first story unit is perfect for your escape. Steps from the beach and hiking trails makes this unit the cornerstone to a great relaxing or adventurous vacation. This downstairs unit is quiet, private and recently remodeled. This unit has a 50" TV with internet TV, WIFI, full size couch, full-size kitchen and a luxurious king-sized bed. The outside deck is the perfect location to take in the amazing views, relax and recharge for your next beach adventure.
