And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

The backyard is fenced to provide privacy. The pool has night time lighting if you want to enjoy a night swim. If you enjoy bird watching you will love watching the birds out the window in the living room. The hummingbirds love to visit.

The red sofa in the living room converts into a queen bed . There is a large dining room that seats 4 but can be extended to seat 6. A really huge backyard for pets, parking, bbq and any other activity that aligns with our house rules.
