Guest have access to the entire home. It is a remodeled singlewide mobile home on 1/4 acre. We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Beautiful pool home and private backyard oasis. This walkable neighborhood is quiet and popular with professionals and families. It's a short walk from many restaurants, bars, and entertainment. This home includes a heated* saltwater pool, pool table, huge covered lanai, fire pit, and campground-style grill. Enjoy this oasis, surrounded by tropical landscaping and pond. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a flex room that can be used as an office or a sleeping space with a king trundle bed. Single kayaks & gas golf cart are included to explore Drummond Park, Walker's Landing, Nature Center, mini golf, multiple shops and restaurants all within Amelia Island Plantation. The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!

The home has two lovely bedrooms, a cozy living area, kitchen and bathroom. Norris Cottage is small, but welcoming and efficient.

Cozy home located in a quite and safe neighborhood. 3 1/2 miles from the beach, 1 mile to the Mayo clinic, 5 miles to the Town Center, 1 1/2 miles to a marina and 1 mile to a state preserve with access to the intracoastal water ways. Walking distance to a park with tennis courts and playground for children. Adventure Landing waterpark is 2.5 miles away. 1 mile walking distance to stores and restaurants. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the screened in lanai listening to the Koi pond waterfall!

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
