I can sleep a 5th person on a mattress if required but they will need a sleeping bag (MAX 2 NIGHT STAY FOR 5 PEOPLE) The living area has a ceiling fan for Aircon purposes Fully equipped kitchen incl small oven,gas hobs & microwave. Bathroom has gas hot water shower and washing machine There is plenty of parking space, an outdoor area with picnic table in a lovely,rural setting.:)
