Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
