The House of Zen is an architect designed home situated in the woods, part of a sustainable farm community on 170 acres. Only an hour drive from Chicago, and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, it is the ultimate escape. The perfect getaway for couples, creatives and nature lovers who want some peace, quiet and space. Explore the farm trails & enjoy the wildlife and soothing sounds. Note: We have a 3 night minimum stay during summer, but open up 2 night stays 1-2 weeks before if possible.

We want our guests to feel at home, and most importantly enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. :)

The Birdhouse – quiet luxury, walk everywhere

The Birdhouse is on a quiet wooded ravine steps from restaurants, shopping and a lovely 0.7 mile walk to the beach. This home hosts 4 guests only, including infants. Enjoy a screened-in porch with views to the woods, an outdoor eating area with grill, lovely terrace with firepit and laundry room. Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The bathroom features a luxurious rain shower with hand shower for junior guests. To allow our cleaning crew time to prepare, we're unable to offer early check-ins.

With accommodations up to 6 on four levels of living space, you'll enjoy an indoor/outdoor living experience like no other. Conveniently just 200 yards from the beach with walking path access at the end of the street and easy access to all the activities this area has to offer.

The little house is located within a 170-acre modern farm community filled with open meadows, woods and dunes. Minutes to beach, 1 hour to Chicago. Relax and enjoy the property or head out to explore the lakeshore, wineries, and great area restaurants! Two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fully appointed kitchen, living area w/fireplace, and a large screened in porch. Our cozy, cute 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a large yard for summer fun and relaxation. You will be a short 6 block walk to beautiful Lake Michigan to view the magnificent sun sets. Harbor Country wineries, breweries, and distilleries are short drive away.We are 40 minutes from South Bend and Notre Dame Football. Come back and relax in the hot tub .Harbor Country has many orchards of apples and fall harvest vegetables. Enjoy the electric fireplace .
