BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Sitting on our 200 acre estate this authentic barn offers our guests a chance to relax in the beautiful rolling hills of Vermont. Access the vast majority of our historic Stowe area land -- from our apple orchards to our extensive walking paths in fields and woodland. Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

There is a large, well equipped kitchen, open space floor plan, new shower unit and plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Easy access to VAST snowmobile trails, within an hour's drive to 3 ski areas (Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak), X-Country skiing right outside the door or in Craftsbury or Stowe. Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!
