Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

The Brick House on Washington Street

Three guest bedrooms in a Colonial home on Washington Street make a great launchpad for visitors to Keene. From here, it's a pleasant walk or drive to Downtown restaurants, the theatre and shops. The Sterling family has owned this pretty place since 1982 and a design studio operates in the barn portion of the space. The open living room with TV and original fireplace adjoin a "tea room" with a bright bay window. Family chef-approved, guests are welcome to use the spacious kitchen.

The Barn on Broadway

The Barn on Broadway: A 1900's reno was brought back to life in 2025. This fresh space balances history with beautiful new finishes. It's a stand alone property with an open concept- loft-style one bedroom king, full kitchen, 3/4 bath and a cozy back patio. The space sits next to Body Mechanix Massage (don't forget to book your services ahead of time!) and is within walking distance to historic downtown Dover, just a short drive to many seacoast beaches and minutes from UNH.
