Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

A cherished and spacious 4-season family vacation home welcomes you. Ski, skate or snowmobile on the frozen lake. Nearby, downhill ski, hike, bike. From the private beach or dock, push off with our kayaks, canoe, or paddleboard. We provide fishing poles, air mattresses, and kids toys, as well as tennis and pickleball rackets and golf clubs for free games minutes down the road. Grill dinner and eat on the covered deck, or sit in the Adirondack chairs at the firepit as the sun sets over the lake.

Once the largest house on the lake. My place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the location (desirable Winter Harbor). The dock can house two boats (one small and one standard boat up to 22 ft long). The grassy area next to the house is fabulous for playing games with your kids/grandchildren. While there is no beach it is shallow enough for young children. Fabulous for a getaway or a family reunion.

The house is in a private forest in the White Mountains. Visitors have access to the Mountain Lakes facilities. Kancamagus Scenery Byway, Groton Lake, and Loon are nearby. Well equipped kitchen and a outdoor gas BBQ make gourmet cooking joyful. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Queen bed, and 3 twin beds, and a full bath. A powder room, washer and dryer are provided. HDTV, WIFI/ land-line phone are available. Bring flea spray and a compass, be careful with animals in the woods.
