Each Guest Room has a queen bed, sitting area, smart tv, fridge, coffee/tea station and large closet. Ample street parking available on the block and adjacent streets. Forest Hills is a beautiful place to take a walk and located just 5 minutes from downtown. We love to share this cottage with visitors and we live next-door in the main house.

Masonboro Island Boat, Kayak, 2 Bedroom

Century old live oak trees canopy this large one story mid century home. Bring your watercraft, Kayak or paddle board to explore the natural preserve of Masonboro Island a pristine undeveloped beach. Bring your own boat! Launch it 3/10 of a mile down the street from the boat ramp. Walk to the waterfront park and public dock at the end of our street. Interaction with guests We are available to answer any questions anytime but you will have all the privacy you need.

Welcome to the Cozy Casa at Cargo - the CCC. Walk to the Cargo District or shopping on Castle St. Central to all the very best downtown Wilmington has to offer. Your kids will love lounging on our net bunk bed or our chalkboard wall. Hit the beach with our beach chairs, cooler backpack, and sand toys. The home is stocked with a coffee and tea bar, & enjoy the cereal. The yard is spacious and includes a deck with fire pit, Cornhole boards and life size checkers.

Relax, Enjoy and Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway that is only 9 minutes to Downtown river walk , a 7 min drive to the beach and only a walk away from a lake that you can fish and do small boating. Take your whole family and dog on relaxing trails around the lake. Please notify host if you bring pets on listing because you will be charged for them. It’s important to let the host know the number of animals. Pet fee of 40 dollars per stay per pet.
