While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum. Southport has something for eveyone!

Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Happy's Place Downtown Southport

This is my uncle Happy's place. It is in historic downtown Southport, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and the Cape Fear river. Located on a quaint alley just off the town's main street, this happy little cottage is nestled among large live oaks and in the shadow of Southport's iconic water tower. The home has one bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a twin bed and two chairs. There is a full kitchen and small bathroom. Southport’s beautiful waterfront and parks await.

A Cozy Little Oasis in the Woods

Located in the heart of Hampstead, this hidden gem boasts great views of a centuries old pond. It is quiet and quaint, yet close to two area beaches and downtown Wilmington. Fully updated in 2021, it has all the necessities for a fun filled stay in the SE coast of North Carolina. It is also a rocks throw from the infamous skate barn Skateboard park, yet insulated well so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. A great place to let kids enjoy the outdoors and give parents a relaxing spot to unwind.

Eclectic Classic Modern Beach Trailer

This is classic beach living. We have an eclectic 1968 trailer that sleeps 7 comfortably. 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath beach living. We are in walking distance to the main restaurants at the Gateway to Wrightsville Beach and only 1.5 miles to the shore. We have ample private parking for 3 medium size cars and welcome K9 friends as well. (Please see pet policy before booking). Our check in is after 3pm. As our guests have found out, this is the coolest trailer on the beach.

On the same property as the Carriage House and the Annex, everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Centrally located two miles from Wrightsville Beach, five miles from downtown Wilmington, and minutes to Airlie Gardens, Wrightsville Manor, and plenty of great restaurants and attractions!

Waterside Cottage 'HoriZen'

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.
