Imerios Nisyrian House

The Traditional Nisyrian house has 3 floors, located in the heart of the center. It is 5 minutes from the harbor and 20 meters from the famous church and central square.The distance is a 1-minute walk from most cafes restaurants and sea with a supermarket in front of the house and the town hall near.It has a terrace with a spectacular sunset and a view of the whole village,with chairs and table to enjoy the view and 2 balconies overlooking the sea.It has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet-bathrooms.105 s.m

Ilias Nest 1

This is a first floor well-appointed studio (about 35m2), with air-condition, double bed, fully equiped kitchen, and luxury private bathroom. It is very quiet due to its location and there is a balcony about 10m2 with garden view. It is located in the center of Kardamena village, in Kos island and specified above the car rental “ILIASRENTALS”. At the 30m there is a bus stop and in about 80m there is a taxi station. Moreover, Kardamaina’s coastal road is about 200m far away.

Aegean Studio 2

Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.

TO SOKAKI - MANDRAKI

In the heart of Nisyros, in a picturesque alley is the "SOKAKI HOUSE". It is a fully equipped apartment in the center of Mandraki, just a few steps from Oldest Square and from Hochlakoi beach. It can accommodate up to four people, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, an open plan kitchen-dining area, a spacious bathroom. It has a garden for moments of pure relaxation at any time of the day or night.
