496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Schönes sehr ruhiges Apartment mitten auf St.Pauli

Mitten auf St. Pauli befindet sich unser schönes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer großzügigen Küche mit Esstisch. Neben einem Vollbad mit Badewanne ist auch ein separate Toilette vorhanden. Da die Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof gelegen sind, ist es dort sehr ruhig. Trotzdem befinden sich die Reeperbahn, die Davidstraße und der Hans-Albers-Platz nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Schlafzimmer sind hell und bei schönem Wetter sonnendurchflutet.

88m² Dachgeschosswohnung mit separaten Eingang die Hochwertig möbliert ist. In nur 22 min. mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof. Ruhige und grüne Lage unweit des Harburger Hafen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Zur Info; bei ungünstigen Windverhältnissen kann man die Autobahn hören. Hören kann man bestimmt immer was, wir sind ja auch nicht auf dem Dorf. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber sehr ruhig.

It is situated ideal for Hamburg visitors and nearby the industrial areas in in central and southern Hamburg e.g. Hamburg harbour or Airbus. In 12 minutes you will arrive at Central railstation using the metro . Never the less you are living in the silent and green environment of Hamburg Kirchdorf.
