The 900-sq-foot Simply Panache Place features two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed, a full kitchen, bathroom, dining room & living room. When available, a bonus sun room, called the "adventure room," with a bed & trundle for additional rental. Folding beds are also available for rental along with a plethora of amenities. Daily breakfast vouchers for beignets & coffee from the Mango Mangeaux restaurant is included. Perfect for Retreats, Getaways, Wedding Parties and Business & Vacation rentals.

Four Eleven York Suite Two Bed Room

The namesake of the inn, the Four Eleven York Suite is our exclusive two bedroom, two bathroom suite that comprises the entirety of the third floor. The main bedroom features a California King bed, sitting area, fireplace, and a stocked mini-bar that includes coffee service. The main bath includes a rain shower head, heated flooring, and a window with southern views of the Ghent neighborhood. The suite also features a sitting parlor with a Queen sleeper sofa, and its own private bathroom.

The timeshare I own is week 24 (Sat-Sat) a 1 bedroom suite oceanfront ocean view from the balcony, free parking attached to the resort building (overflow & Large vehicles parking across the street). Free in room WiFi, game room, tennis court, daily activities, boardwalk. Walk out the door straight to the beach. You need room key to access the building.
