Una casa única por diseño de interiores y decoración; el edificio es monumental del siglo XVI y recién rehabilitado, y disfruta de un Jacuzzi interior en su apartamento y otro exterior que se alquila por días de manera opcional; cuenta con calentador de agua en el ático que permite darse un baño mirando al skyline de Córdoba. Vivienda monumental, céntrica, muy original y silenciosa, ideal para descansar tras un día de turismo por la bella Córdoba. Cuenta con 2 amplios dormitorios, el principal con bañera hidromasaje y ambos con camas king size especiales y con 2 baños privados en suite cada uno de ellos. El alojamiento tiene salón comedor con chimenea eléctrica, cocina americana con utensilios de máxima calidad, lavadora secadora privada, horno-microondas, cafetera Nespresso, calentador aerochino de leche marca Nespresso, etc. Patio andaluz central, terraza de unos 20 metros cuadrados con vistas al skyline de Córdoba y Jacuzzi de exterior con depuradora y bomba de calor; se alquila por días para uso exclusivo sólo para su apartamento y para las personas que se alojen con usted, es decir, no lo compartirán con el resto de huéspedes. El precio por día es de 60.00 € que serán abonados mediante tarjeta de crédito a su llegada al alojamiento al personal de nuestro equipo. Este apartamento cuenta con servicio de limpieza durante la estancia de los huéspedes incluido en el precio. No se permite fumar en ninguna de las instalaciones del apartamento, así como si nos informan de algún evento no autorizado procederemos a cobrar la fianza correspondiente y alertaremos a las autoridades de ello.

The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace open from 5th April to 2nd we have a jucuzzi-pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
