A very comfortable and clean home on 1 acre. Great kitchen and all the amenities for cooking plus BBQ. Master suite with shower, double sinks and large soak tub. High quality linens and towels Everything you need to a relaxing getaway PET FEE- we do allow you to bring a well mannered dog. Please clean up after them so we can continue to allow this. Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. We have enacted rigorous cleaning procedures to keep our renters safe and healthy.

Charming CasparCottage Waterfall in the Redwoods

CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. We provide breakfast goodies!

Cacti Casita (Furnished tiny home w/patio & yard)

A tiny home experience in a private and cozy environment! Enjoy a good night’s rest in luxury soft bedding on very comfortable mattresses in this intimate space. Nestled in Novato/away from the city lights, the stargazing on a clear night is spectacular. Make use of the kitchenette and full bath. You’ll wake to the sound of bird songs and wind bustling through the bamboo outside. Take a step out of the double doors to the back patio and enjoy your coffee amongst the flora and fauna of the garden

Mendo home close to beaches surfing hiking biking

Home is located right around the corner from Russian Gulch State Park with only a 5 min walk to the parks entrance and its hiking trails. Location is 1 mile from Point Cabrillo Lighthouse and 2 miles to the Mendocino Village and Caspar Beach. Within driving distance to many other coastal attractions, including wine tasting, hiking, surfing, kayaking, beaches, river, fishing, redwoods, Fort Bragg and many other activities. Access to many premier mountain biking trails is right across the highway.

Tent, q-sized inflated bed, showers, ocean 1 mile

This tent is permanently darkened on the exterior by mold. We cannot clean it without destroying the waterproofing. It is ugly, but otherwise in very good shape; interior is NOT moldy. Tent is roomy, w/queen-sized inflated bed, firepit/free wood, picnic table, & propane heat if needed ($8 ). Bring your own bedding: pillows, towels, sleeping bags, etc. We can provide bedding if necessary, but have to charge a $20 flat fee for laundering (PG&E costs are ridiculous), for which we are sorry.

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. If you are looking for a farm stay in the redwoods, come stay with us at this studio cottage with a full kitchen, washer dryer, patio, and fire pit. Enjoy the early morning (and sometimes all day) sounds of ducks, geese, turkeys and cattle . Surrounded by acres of Redwood trees, no street lights, and lots of wildlife. Enjoy the stars from the patio in redwood rocking chairs. The cottage has Roku Smart TV, NETFLIX, WIFI & all basic bath & kitchen essentials.

A large, open modern, one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor of a Victorian. There's a stream of activity on the street, walking and biking. It's a swell, safe neighborhood with professors, students, families. Outside the apartment door you may enjoy coffee or a cocktail at the garden table. the Kitchen is complete and part of the living room which works well with the island, sofa, lounge chair, and kitchen table with chairs.
