The Gardenia Suite is a freshly remodeled, clean, hotel-style studio attached to a home—close to the Kona airport. Set up like a hotel room, it features a king-size bed, bright modern bathroom, TV, workspace/desk, and a tea & coffee station with mini fridge and microwave. Please note: This unit does not include a full kitchen. The unit is set back from the main road, but some light road noise may still be heard. A white noise machine is provided for your comfort if you are sensitive to sound.

Your ohana space is all your own. A short drive from the airport and downtown Kona, it’s the perfect hub for island adventures!

Located next to the Waipio Lookout, our Hamakua Coast rain forest property is the perfect place for two adults with one child stays. Hear the rush of our waterfall and adventure in our private oasis. Discover the magic of the “Owl Nest”, a large spacious high-ceiling one bedroom space attached to the primary residence log cabin. Garden views from every window. Cozy, serene and fully appointed.

Zen Sanctuary, Jungle Vibes on Mountainside

Beautiful, peaceful, jungle vibes, surrounded by nature, 15 min from the center of Kona, up on the mountainside, lush lot w/ fruit and mac nut trees! The ADULTS-ONLY, entirely PRIVATE space has an open floorplan, with high ceilings and lots of room. Luxury memory foam King bed, two lanais, Weber grill, Samsung smart-TV, Wifi, shared washer and dryer, and a big kitchen with all the amenities. Also: beach towels, chairs, cooler, & umbrella! This Private space is the largest unit of the home.

The lanai has a huge umbrella and bbq, and is a fully enclosed dining area with a self-closing gate to keep your kids safely away from the pool. The interior is all freshly renovated in 2020 with stylish and comfortable furniture. Covered parking is steps from the entry and plenty of quality beach gear is available for you to use anytime. Ice-cold A/C and Apple TV make relaxing inside just as nice.

We’re conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport and 10–15 minutes from popular beaches and downtown shopping. This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a simple kitchenette (please note there is no oven or stove). We’re on a busy street, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
