The Greenport Townhouse - Amazing Location & Large Backyard

The house is located on a .35 acre lot with plenty of outdoor dining space and a huge grass area with a firepit & hammock. There are 2 floors. The first floor has an open floor plan with a connecting kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a dish washer, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, and coffee bar. There is also a bedroom on the 1st floor with 2 full-sized beds. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a loft/den area. The three bedrooms on this floor have 1 queen bed+futon, 2 full-sized beds, and 2 twin beds (which can be made together to form a king upon request), respectively. All rooms have AC. There are 2 full bathrooms (1 on each floor) and a washer/dryer. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard area. We respect your privacy, but we are accessible if you have questions or need anything throughout your stay. Greenport was voted one of the prettiest towns in America by Forbes magazine. It has a vibrant and relaxing culture, offering access to beaches, wine tasting, and wonderful restaurants. The Shelter Island Ferry and Hampton Jitney stops are nearby. We are just a few short blocks from the Hampton Jitney stop, the LIRR station, and the Shelter Island Ferry. No car necessary - you can walk wherever you need!

You won't worry about getting sand on the floor. Feel the ocean air. Short walk to town. Beautiful light, spacious living & dining rooms. 10min drive to beach. 20min to wineries. Central AC, Fiber WiFi. The hamlet of East Quogue is a destination for fresh food: one of the only local fish markets on Long Island, gourmet Italian butcher, farm stands, wine store, sushi, bagel shop. Nine beds upstairs that can comfortably accommodate 10. We only host guests w/ reviews . No dogs. Thanks for looking.

Cozy, simple living, in separate guest house w/ use of amenities (shared with our family of 4) including sauna & hot tub. The bungalow/guesthouse features a Queen bed, its own private bathroom (shower), small kitchenette (countertop oven, Keurig coffee maker & small fridge) and loveseat for relaxing. There is a dedicated separate outdoor seating area for 2 guests. 2 Adult guests ONLY, no children due to size of guesthouse and proximity to the pool. Please NO pets allowed since owners have pets

The cottage is located on a very private road and provides some welcomed peace and relaxation. It's the perfect setting for those with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Available monthly from January - May. Discounted monthly rates will be applied to stays 28 days or more.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
