Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.

Cook a meal, order in or take advantage of the many cafes, restaurants and pubs all within 5 minutes walk.

Newcastle City centre is just 10 minutes away and the coast with excellent beaches, 20 minutes .The flat is newly refurbished and is ideal for visitors and professionals.
